Kannan Venkatesan, Ramya and Triven

As a kid we read stories which described Maya loka(magical world) which is very beautiful and beckons us to go there. Once inside s/he get sucked in the whirlpool of life there; so much, that the protagonist forgets about his people and life back home. To me the western world is the manifestation of this maya loka today and the immigrants are the protagonists who get sucked in the whirlpool of good-life there.

The stories also mention about a person or benefactor who makes the protagonist realise his true self and guide him to his destination without expecting anything for themselves in a true selfless way.

In effect the family consisting of Kannan, Ramya and Triven are doing this exemplary job in this maya loka called Canada. Mother Canada is incredibly beautiful and luring to people who visit the place, she nurtures her people and takes care of them; yet they are bound and stuck to the life there, the taxes, the free health sector, the good roads and lots and lots of space to say the least. Once inside this country(maya loka), any soul would want to live and die there, forgetting that he is a free soul - and is actually in search of his true self the Lord himself in light and love.

I know this is an understatement.

Kannan, Ramya nad Triven to me symbolise the depth of our Indian spirituality and culture, such people can be left in any corner of the world, nay - Maya loka but yet they will remain true to their inner goals/self. They are the real epitome of being Indian or Bharatheeya.

Triven is an unending pool of talent who can touch your soul with his melodious calling of the lord, Ramya can touch your heart with her raw energy, concern and not the least her tasty food. However the person who stands out is Kannan who has kept the family in great touch with Inadian-ness inspite of being in the heart of Maya loka. To me he is a hero in every sense.
